  • Please join us in welcoming First Officer James Muchowicz as the newly elected Master Executive Council (MEC) vice chair and local executive council (LEC) 190 first officer representative. James was officially elected today and will serve until the term ends on February 28, 2027.
  • We are in the process of electing a new local executive council (LEC) 190 first officer (FO) representative/master executive council (MEC) vice chair. The election is open until Thursday, May 1. As a reminder, this elected position must be filled by an FO at ATI who is in ‘good standing’ with ALPA and has completed at least one year of service with the Company by the start of the process. All pilots in good standing, and off-probation, will be able to vote.
  • Your Contract Negotiating Committee (CNC) met this week in our DFW offices in preparation for our next mediated bargaining session. In attendance were MEC Chair and Lead Negotiator Mike Sterling, MEC Secretary-Treasurer and CNC Chair Josh Hoy, CNC Member Dave Burke, our Labor Relations Counsel Matt Huntsman, and ALPA Assistant Director of Representation Anna LeBovidge.
  • As you may have seen from Monday’s internal communication from the Company, the U.S. Department of Transportation has approved the Stonepeak acquisition of ATSG. It is scheduled to be finalized this Friday, April 11. We expect to learn more details at the ATSG Hangar Talk on Monday, April 14 at 11am ET.
  • As we previously warned, some of our pilots will, once again, receive a refund of a portion of their 2024 401(k) contributions. Unfortunately, this is due to the Company’s failure to address this ongoing issue. This is the result of an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) test conducted by our 401(k) provider, Empower, which the Company failed.
