We are in the process of electing a new local executive council (LEC) 190 first officer (FO) representative/master executive council (MEC) vice chair. The election is open until Thursday, May 1. As a reminder, this elected position must be filled by an FO at ATI who is in ‘good standing’ with ALPA and has completed at least one year of service with the Company by the start of the process. All pilots in good standing, and off-probation, will be able to vote.

As you may have seen from Monday’s internal communication from the Company, the U.S. Department of Transportation has approved the Stonepeak acquisition of ATSG. It is scheduled to be finalized this Friday, April 11. We expect to learn more details at the ATSG Hangar Talk on Monday, April 14 at 11am ET.

As we previously warned, some of our pilots will, once again, receive a refund of a portion of their 2024 401(k) contributions. Unfortunately, this is due to the Company’s failure to address this ongoing issue. This is the result of an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) test conducted by our 401(k) provider, Empower, which the Company failed.

We recently attended our first grievance mediation session with the Company in two years, a long overdue but highly productive step forward. This session resulted in significant progress, with four grievances successfully closed in favor of our pilots. Additionally, three grievances require follow up actions, and a few have been sent to arbitration. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
