On Monday, October 20, in Cincinnati, your Contract Negotiating Committee (CNC) Chair, Josh Hoy and CNC Member, Mike Sterling, participated in a meeting requested by the Company. Representing the Company were ATI President Mike Betson and Vice President of Flight Operations John Vestal.

As this week closes, we are awaiting word from the National Mediation Board (NMB) on the next steps in the process. The Board has expressed frustration but indicated it needs time to remedy the situation. The NMB also indicated it will only wait a short time for the Company to respond, and our impression is this time is rapidly coming to an end.
