Last night, a CRJ-900 operated by Jazz Aviation LP was involved in an accident with an emergency vehicle on runway 4 at LGA. Both flight crew members aboard the CRJ were fatally injured and several passengers and a cabin crew member were injured, as well as firefighters operating the emergency vehicle.
