This week, your Contract Negotiating Committee (CNC) met in the DFW MEC office and met with the Company, virtually, on multiple occasions.

The MEC is requesting DARTs or for pilots to file a Dispute (Grievance) Form if you experienced flight cancellations during the government shutdown that the Company attributed to the FAA. We are reviewing these events to determine whether any may qualify for CRC pay.
